When the last Fairness Commission ended one of the recommendations was for the Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership to develop a 24/7 drop-in (self-referral) service in collaboration with beneficiaries and offering clinical, non-clinical, therapeutic and peer support for people struggling with their mental health. Speaking with Social Justice and Fairness Commission
At the start of July some of the current Fairness Commissioners and Dundee Fighting For Fairness met with John Alexander (Leader of the Council) and Shona Robinson (Dundee East MSP) from the Social Justice and Fairness Commission to discuss their plan to ‘Build Back Better’, which involves: o Secure Income for All o Homes and Communities for All o Health and Wellbeing We specifically wanted to talk to them about Secure Income For All - highlighting how Universal Credit is bro
